Incredible curation here! The Abercrombie & Fitch competency reversal is wild because it shows how medical assessments in criminal cases can shift dramtically with treatment. I've seen cases where defendants dunno if their legal team should even push for competency restoration since it accelerates their trial. This case though, the victims waited so long that any delay tactic probaly just prolonged their wait for closure.
