Hi! I’m another designer who has been swindled by the CEH. Is there a lawsuit going? Trying to figure out how to recoup losses. Thanks.

I have a similar story. ordered two coffee tables kept following up and they would respond saying they were al most done then NOTHING for weeks. I am out over 5K. who knows what is going on. Melissa from Melissa_moriarty_designs

We are a design firm in Austin that has been using the CEH for years. We had several orders placed with them and have not been able to get in contact with them for months. Our pieces are complete but they have ghosted us as we’ve reached out many many times trying to coordinate pick ups. We placed these orders almost a year ago and now have to have everything re-made and are out about $10,000. We also heard that they contacted several Dallas designers about two weeks ago telling them they were having a liquidation sale, so we believe our pieces may have been sold… For any additional information we can be reached at:

I am the woman in Florida that called Dana. I highly doubt the figures are in the $50k range, as I have spoken to so many in this boat, and estimate it totally over $250k. I can be reached at sayre@marketverobeach.com if there is additional information that you need…as I have texts, emails and other weird, cryptic nonsense I can offer to corroborate their theft and scam….
