I hadn't seen the news about Epic Games, but I have to say this fits into a narrative by the company. They sued Apple (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Epic_Games_v._Apple) for taking a large cut of in-app purchases (30%). I guess tricking children into micro transactions was the only solution. 🙄
