This week has me watching the Perfect Wife documentary— the woman in it is really... something.
“Moped-riding, armed robbers steal man’s $100K watch outside iconic NYC eatery Carbone”- Imagine wearing something that expensive, omg the paranoia.
“Martin Shkreli takes credit as the founder of DJT cryptocurrency”- This is like a Web3 Mad Libs.
“Almost half of Dell's full-time US workforce has rejected the company's return-to-office push”- I have to ask:
“Eco-protesters arrested after trying but failing to damage Taylor Swift's plane in VIP airfield stunt”- Props to them for trying.
“MTV News Website Goes Dark, Archives Pulled Offline”- Awful to have so much music lore just wiped away forever.
“Netflix Launches Its Own Line of Popcorn for $4.50 a Bag”- I wanted to snark but to be fair, based on a Google, this is actually cheaper than a bag of SmartFood popcorn so..
“The A.I. Influencer Ads Are Coming”- Oh noooo, I’m not ready.
“Woman claims wellness influencer’s advice sent her to hospital with burnt esophagus”- Let’s stop taking questionable advice from influencers, mmkay?
“X boss Elon Musk softens ‘go f--- yourself’ comment as he tries to woo advertisers back”- Awww, someone’s feeling the consequences of his actions.
“Influencer reveals how she was contacted by more than 5,000 single men after posting a 15-question boyfriend application online - but says ended up rejected ALL of them”- I mean, that’s one way to try finding a partner… or you could use Date Like Goblins (shameless plug 🧌✨)
“US family sues Nasa for $80,000 in damages after space debris hits home”- Seems reasonable.
“What’s the Deal With the Viral Influencer Couple Who ‘Boycotted’ Father’s Day?”- This guy sounds beyond annoying.
“Tony Evans steps down, yet another controversy for celebrity pastors in USA”- All of these dudes seem slimy
🔏“Social-Media Influencers Aren’t Getting Rich—They’re Barely Getting By”- This headline’s a bit misleading, the article really looks at internet creators as a whole.
